Shipping Time Orders are shipped from Vista, CA.  Most orders are delivered within 4 to 8 business weeks of being placed. We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock.  We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Shipping Method Orders are shipped regular UPS ground.  Shipping will be due at the time of delivery. Payment Methods 30% is required within 15 days of the order for the order to be placed. The remaining 70% is due at time of delivery, no post dated checks. Returns Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Altered garments are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be authorized by O’Cali Baby Returns without a RA # will be refused. Claims must be made within 7 days from receipt. Item must be sent Freight Pre-Paid. Please allow 2-3 weeks for credits to be processed. Cancellations Order cancellation can only be made within 15 days after the order is placed.  Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect. Backorders There are 3 choices for all backorder items:   1 Ship the in-stock items immediately, and then back-order the rest of the items to ship later. (Backorders usually ship within 7-14 business days)   2 Ship the in-stock items immediately, and then cancel the rest of the order.   3 Wait until all items are available, and then ship the complete order.
